your order. Possible uses include, special shipping arrangements,
or maybe not to back-order a particular product.

also set these boxes up to enter an actual charge amount to the customer.
Maybe for special service contracts, extended warranties, etc.
Incorporate them into the cart or not, it's all up to you......
( Both boxes must be filled
in - use any text )
Please
note that this shopping cart is not set up to process carriage returns
or line endings in the cart .. so you'll have to keep your messages constrained
to one line.
