The basic lay out and some example pages may be viewed by clicking on the 'Templates' link on the left side of this page.  Any page layouts designed and posted by HTML Site Design that differ from our templates will be presented to our clients for approval before any extensive coding begins and payment made.  HTML Site Design does this so you can be assured you are getting what you want.  We want our clients to be happy!

Restrictions

Pre-Priced Packages will require a 15% deposit directly after the basic layout is approved.  After the initial preview, we will not begin our 'live' page building until a domain name is registered either by you or by HTML Site Design and hosting is secured at XO.com with the account password being transmitted to us via mail, phone or encrypted e-mail.

Once HTML Site Design has received and verified your account password, HTML Site Design will assign our own password to your account during the remainder of the site construction.  Upon final payment, HTML Site Design will either:

• Change our construction password back to the original, or
• continue to use our own assigned password (upon approval of customer) for any updates, maintenance or FREE text updates that are requested

NOTE - any free included page updates as guaranteed in the pre-priced plans will require that we have an active administrator password for your account.  We cannot update any page without an active account password.

If you would like us to maintain your account, HTML Site Design will keep a copy of the account password and it shall remain in a safe with your name on it.  If, at any time, HTML Site Design is relieved of our obligation to maintain your site we will automatically change our assigned password back to the original password that you received from your domain name registrar.

HTML Site Design does not hold your password hostage as some page designers do.  We respect your right to choose.  The only time that you will not know what the account password is, will be during the construction period and until final payment is received by HTML Site Design or (upon client request) we continue to use our password for updates, maintenance or the FREE 1st year text only updates.

Financing and Monthly Payments

Payment in full is expected on completion of the site.  Financing and monthly payments can be arranged.  Charges for any later additions or special maintenance will be billed at an hourly rate or according to our posted prices that will be mutally agreed upon before any work is started.

Billing

HTML Site Design does NOT bill its' customers.  You and You alone are responsible for any monthly payment schedule that is mutually agreed upon between you and HTML Site Design.  Payments are due by the 28th day of the month.  If payment is not received on or before the 28th of the month, one (1) reminder via e-mail will be sent to you.  Should your payment still not be received by HTML Site Design within a 21 day period after the missed due date, all content of your web site shall be deleted and legal process will begin.

Let's face it folks, we're all adults here, if you know you are going to be late with a payment, then call us to make other arrangements, DON'T simply NOT make the payment.
